I build or renovate.
I haven't submitted the permit yet.
"How can you be certain that your project meets your needs? How can you have 100% trust in your architect and anticipate hidden errors? Before finalizing your permit, make sure that every aspect of your future home supports your well-being and that of your family."
Why do I offer this expertise?
To integrate well-being to your project.
My mission as an expert in neuro-architecture to support you in your project is to intervene at a crucial moment - even before the urban planning permit is submitted.
Why is this essential? Because it's at this stage that we can prevent problems before they occur.
Too often, I meet clients struggling with well-being issues directly related to their living environment: disrupted sleep, difficulty relaxing, nutrition problems, chronic fatigue, or simply a negative feeling in their own home. Unfortunately, once construction is completed, these problems often become irreversible.
The common statement I regularly hear, 'if only I had met you earlier,' reinforces my belief that prevention is the key. By working together from the early stages of your project, we can create a living space that actively promotes your well-being and that of your family, avoiding mistakes that can affect your quality of life for years to come.
You are at the right place if:
-
You fear costly mistakes in your project.
-
You worry about details missed by your architect.
-
You want to avoid post-construction regrets, such as spaces that hinder restful sleep and relaxation.
-
Family health is your priority, and you seek advice for a healthy environment.
-
You understand the impact of the environment on emotional and energetic well-being.
"A house that makes a buzz on Instagram is good;
a home that soothes your soul is better"
You already have an architect?
"If you already have an architect, that's an excellent start. But remember: the architect constructs the structure; they are not trained for your well-being. The goal of this support is to ensure your well-being. I am not "competition" for your architect; we work hand in hand. Thanks to the expertise you will :
-
Save the architect time and, consequently, save money.
-
Have a customized design: a space that reflects your deepest needs.
-
Avoid regrets and significant expenses in a few years or even months."
What to expect ?
Each expertise consists of four phases.
1. Meeting, discussion, and understanding of needs. I delve into your personal life to grasp the aspirations and constraints of each family member.
2. A phase where I work on the plans to correct all errors. This phase is done with your involvement, so you understand every choice we make.
3. Communication with the architect to ensure the smooth implementation of changes.
4. My availability until the permit is accepted.
